truth is and why

I'm told echinacea
prevents scurvy or
something like that
maybe scabies and
St. John's Wort cures
warts but you know
I think that's a myth.
Truth is (and why
would I lie when
everyone knows it)
fact is if you chew on
a witch hazel twig and
turn round right round
three times in a circle
exactly one minute to
midnight on Sunday
(make sure it's a
gibbous moon too)
if you do all that your
hair will fall out but
you'll also find you'll
be able to fly like a bat
or a wizard which
you've got to admit if
you think for a minute
and if everyone did it
we'd all save a lot on gas,
but I'm not an expert
and I've never tried it
I can only say what
I've heard but why
would they lie it's
real sound advice
I'd say and anyway,
everyone knows.
